My last period date was on 4th October. I m trying for a baby. Can i do the pregnency confirmation test at home today or tomorrow. 'll I get the proper result?

Hello..
Yes you can get the pregnancy detected by the ultrasound abdomen which is the gold standard..you can also see it with the upt kit available in any pharmacy shop...please meet an obstetrician first and get examined too.. thank you..
