It has more than a week since you have missed your periods. Visit a gynecologist and get a beta hCG test done to confirm pregnancy.

Hello There.
I can understand your concern.
You can check for pregnancy at any time.
like initially once you notice that your periods are delayed you can take a urine pregnancy test at home.
if a month has passed, you could even get a ultrasound done to confirm if you are pregnant or not.
