Ur question is not clear. U r asking after how many days if missing periods. Do u mean a pregnancy test. Because a HSG will tell u status if the tubes. It is done before 8 days of commencing of periods

HSG should be done on day 6 to day 10 of cycle...
And HCG is the test for confirmation of pregnancy which is done when your periods are 4-5 days delay.
