Pregnancy symptoms with implanon expired

Last week I came on my cycle for about 3-4 days any I was really heavy. Me and my boyfriend had sex and somehow it stopped my period. Earlier this week I've been feeling nausea, stomach pain, & back pain. I also jus started spotting a little bit. I've been getting light-headed and sleepy. My birth control implant expired last month in October on my birthday but I never got it taken out. Is there a possibility that I could be pregnant and need to go get checked?
