Pregnancy symptoms at 3 weeks pregnancy

I had a medical abortion at 16 weeks on 26th March'18-baby was diagnosed with down's- No D&C/ aspiration. I gt my regular periods on 30th of April'18. Scan done on CD 12 - 19x 20mm follicle in left ovary and ET of 12 mm. My husband and I had unprotected sex from CD 10 to CD 16. As of now i am on CD 21. I had brown discharge last 2 days, thick white sticky discharge, mild cramps today and hunger pangs. Are these indicative of pregnancy? We did genetic tests n dr said it was ok to try to concieve

Confirm for pregnancy by Bhcg.It is Blood test and more informative.Result is negative then no pregnancy .You can wait for some time or contact to gynaecologist.

Chances of pregnancy cn be there definitely if you had sex during fertile period.. think positive and just wait. If you miss your periods do a urine pregnancy test. If too anxious to a beta hcg blood test in 5 days
