No symptoms at 7 week 3 days pregnancy

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I had symptoms like nausea, gas , little soreness in breasts, feeling hungry etc. I did USG twice on 6 week 1 day ( crl .52cm) and 6week 4 day with crl .60 cm and heart rate 123 bpm. I lost all symptoms ..my breast r little sore but nipples are not, no gas , no nausea, no tiredness for last 3 days... I am worried..is anything wrong? I had two previous missed abortion.
