Im 4 weeks pregnant(IVF) and I am having back pain when I am standing, is it normal and also white discharge(very little while walking).

It is surprising that everything that happens to the lady after she confirms her pregnancy , is attributed to pregnancy. I don't know if in the first 29 years of your life if you ever experienced any back pain or Vaginal discharge.
