Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hello, i m 28 weeks pregnant. The ultrasound i did today shows fl measurement as 5 1 cms which corresponds to 27 weeks. Fl/AC is 21%. Fetal heart beat is 161. Ultrasound which was done on 24 weeks showed fl measurement as 4.5 cms. Is this something of concern.
