Can be used for short term of upto 4-5 days in case you have some pain in abdomen or infections. Can cause dizziness and increased heart beats . Not recommended for long terms

Yes it is good to relieve you from pain as it relaxes the uterine and abdominal muscles, should be taken as and and when need basis .It's also a pregnancy support pill.
