Nasal stuffiness in pregnancy is very common (pregnancy rhinitis). Otrivin should be avoided or used as little as possible â not more than 2-3 days at a stretch. A much safer option is saline nasal spray (like Nasoclear) which can be used freely. Also try steam inhalation and sleep with your head slightly elevated.
