Female with 1st pregnancy perceives fetal.movements little late by 18-22 weeks while during 2nd or 3rd pregnancy it is early. So do not worry, u will percieve movements.
Pain in ur nipple, mostly due to ur breast getting ready for lactation for ur baby so die to hormonal changes it enlarges, becomes heavy. Still just see Gynecologist in person once u r able to go out.

Most pregnant women perceive fetal movements by around 18 to 22 weeks.dont worry.u will be able to feel it sooner or later.
