Hello doctor,
My last period date was 3rd June. I did not get period in July. I had unprotected relation on 24th June. I did 3 UPT home tests bet result is negative. I have pcod and this is first time i have missed period. I am taking 100mg thyronorm and my tsh level is normal with it. We are planning for pregnancy. Shpuld i take pill for getting next period? Will egg get form if if forcefully get period ? Will it affect ovolution? Alsp i have undergone laproscopy to remove 9cm adnexal cyst in March 2022. I have observed disturbed cycle since then. I.e. period come late due to heavy flow.

Yes as a delay of more than 7 days is not normal needs to be investigated n treated
In an irregular cycle the timing of ovalution is nevertheless aberrant
