If your baby's weight is adequate u need not worry about ur weight gain... Eat a healthy balanced diet avoiding junk, this itself is sufficient to have a healthy pregnancy... Increased urination in the last trimester combined with backache is a common symptom especially with the cold climate now.. so that's nothing to worry about.. do back strengthening exercises, antenatal yoga, stretches to reduce the pain so that ur sleep will improve
your baby’s weight is adequate..so nothing to worry
frequent urination and sleeplessnes becomes common in later part of pregnancy..also not putting excess weight in pregnancy is good
Only the weight of a baby in the ultrasound is not important
The weeks AC is corresponding to is what is important
Increase protein intake in your diet
Frequent urination could be a sign of urinary tract infection
You should get a test called urine routine to rule out infection
