I missed period from Jan 21 and didn't get till now. Spotting I observed on and off. I tested hcg at home but-ve and blood test also negative at 28 Jan can I be still pregnant? I don't have symptoms except spotting and very light dizziness. Please clarify is that possible to be pregnant with out detectable hcg.

HCG is a confirmatory test. If it is negative , chance of pregnancy is negligible. But it is already 9 days since you did it last. It would be advisable to repeat it again and if it is negative, visit your gynaecologist for medicines to get periods.
