I had intercourse in march , April took ipill within a day . Periods got delayed in April cycle went to 40 days took Meprate. Got bleeding 5 days heavy to light flow . In May I got my periods without any medication, in june took 2 tablets didn't complete course not left it and got periods next day . I was afraid so i went for ultrasound. It showed this but I am still somewhere concerned if I am pregnant or not ? Please help me 🙏🏼😭
