Greetings for the day!!      Hb level 9.9 is low. You need to be increasing the hb level. It is important that you take iron supplements after taking the advice of a physician. Dietary sources include mutton liver( non veg), green leafy vegetables, Ragi, eggs. Vegetarian sources of iron get absorbed better when taken along with Vitamin C rich food like lemon juice. When you have greens after your meal try to have lemon water or any other vitamin c rich food to improve absorption. To know more on the diet plan do connect with me. Thank you
