Pregnancy related hypertension issue
31 female I got 140/80 bp at 35 week of pregnancy , 150/90 at 37 week so doc prescribed nicardia 20 ,2 times a day and at 38 week cesarean delivery done 3-4 hr after delivery bp 160/100 with medicine Than as it was 134/85 doc discharged next day with medicine it's been 50 days medicine is continue Checking Bp on weekly basis is 136-150/80-95 range at 6 pm a day I have read effect of nicardia lasts for only 6-8 hr I take one pill at 10 am another at 9 pm So at 6 pm when i check bp effect of medicine is remain or not ? I am living healthy lifestyle Probability of reaching bp level to pre pregnancy level ? Does nicardia good for breastfeeding?

Can take nucardia, no issue with Brest feeding, consult your doctor to increase the dose of BP medicine, reduce salt intake
