Hi. I'm pregnant by 11 weeks and expecting twins. Can u tell me what should be the weight I should be carrying now? Also how do I know if my babies are doing good in the womb. Other than ultrasound is there any other way? PLEASE SUGGEST

This is too early for weight gain ...major amount of weight gain will occur after 20 weeks of pregnancy ...at so early in gestation only an ultrasound can tell if the babies are doing fine specifically in a twin pregnancy

Now you are having 11 weeks pregnancy. Now onwards you have to gain 2 kg of per month. This is one method to know your baby is growing.Second is height of fundus means enlargement of your abdomen.
