What diet you changed and had this problem? Please be hydrated as dehydration is not good in early pregnancy.eat homemade bland and small frequent meals.

Hi there... Don't change your diet... Just avoid fried foods. Drink lots of water, have curd daily and take electrol powder.

It may be because of diet change. Try to have normal food as you had before pregnancy. But sometimes it can happen normally in pregnancy.
