Hello Doctor! I am in my seventh month of pregnancy( 27 weeks) from two days I could feel pain and discomfort while bowel movements..when I observed while washing I could feel some ball like thing in anus..which s not going in...and struck..up on checking by separating buttocks..found lite pale skin  coloured part hanging out of anus is it something related to Hemorrhoids or something else..I will anyway consult for this...but if it's piles...how to treat it..when does it go and what all complications to be faced..worried so much ..waiting for replies Thank you

Please consult with your Gynaecologist who is seeing you during pregnancy. Let him give a proper diagnosis what it is.

If it did not bleed then leave it.. it may resolve post delivery. If it bleeds then consult doc for piles. Pregnancy causes constipation which may aggravate piles, so take care of ur bowel movements.

Looks like external hemorrhoids Avoid constipation Increase intake of fibers in diet Add a stool softener Connect with a surgeon fr examination
