Pregnancy related Heart burn..
Hi doctors. I am currently 19 week pregnant. I have observed this when I eat non veg. Heart burn starts..even if its less spicy curry. .this heart burn continues ..then when I take pan 40 it stops and am normal. Again after few weeks I start eating non veg..this cycle repeats..need to take pan 40 heart burn stops Doctor please suggest if I should stop non veg completely and also is pan 40 safe Pls note ..am taking pan 40 post my doctor confirmation oly.

You can take pan. Try nonveg in boiled form, make soup. If it still continues, unfortunately you should avoid. Also, are you taking iron tablets too? They cause heart burn aswell. You can avoid iron tablets on day you eat non veg(might cause less heart burn then )
