I have 9 weeks pregnancy but still cardiac activity not seen in trans vaginal ultrasound.Should I wait till 12 weeks or not .?yolk sac and fetal pole seen clearly and CRL is 12.2 mm during 7 weeks of gestation shown.

Usually cardiac activity is seen with CRL more than 7mm, you can repeat scan one more time for your confirmation.
