Perisac seen at pregnancy
Hi doc, 20*6mm perisac heamotoma is seen at 8weeks 4 days pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy and i am scared, kindly suggest.

You need to be on bed rest , progesterone support and injection for supporting pregnancy. Repeat an ultrasound after a week to see for size of haematoma. Consult a gynaecologist near you for further management
