Can a girl be pregrant with periods on time , negative beta hcg blood test (test is done after 23 days after intercource ),and getting a negative transvaginal ultrasound which was performed 3 weeks later of intercource

Chances are less.But if you are not getting period after due date wait for 3- 4 days then do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.
