Pregnancy query
My wife is 3 months pregnant. She is under one Gynaecologist, my wife's weight is 82 kg. We are 4 years married couples, my wife is now 25 years of age. My wife is healthy from childhood. Always my doctor scolds my wife regarding weight, so that I am very much worried, I have two questions. Please suggest will there be any problem for my wife during this pregnancy for her weight??? She is first time pregnant, and we have planned for baby in December 2021 and she became pregnant in March. As per test my wife has no blood sugar, thyroid and other diseases even her blood pressure also was normal only yesterday we measured her pressure was 130/90.will there be any worry??? And my wife has taken already 1st and 2nd Covid vaccine as Covishiled. Now her precaution dose time started, will she take Precaution or 3rd Dose of Covid vaccine in this pregnancy conditions?? Please suggest, I am too much worried about weight issues and this vaccine related issues.

Obesity itself is a problem as far as pregnancy is concerned. The patient will have a greater tendency to develop all those diseases you have enumerated which she doesn't have at present.
In addition with that kind of obesity normal delivery may be impossible and she will be more prone to complications during and after the operation.

But there r chances of rising of blood pressure bcz 130/90 it is slight more than usuall B.P....at this point u can do one thing decrease salt intake and regular B.P check ........

She can take covid precautionary dose now. Second about her weight she is prone for high sugar in pregnancy in 2 nd trimester, she already has high bp 130/ 90 is not normal, monitor her BP, reduce salt intake, ask her to do exercises so that shud not gain more wait 7-11 kg throught 9 months, chances of cesarean increases with high weight, don't worry now
