Hi Mam,
Can I take non veg like meat chicken. Eating sea foods and egg as of now. As am taking clexane injection on daily basis. Could you please advice on this.
Also shared my glucose blood test where sugar seems to be in control my gynecologist suggested glucomet 500 mg on a daily basis is it advisable to take before food.

The blood sugar levels have to be checked two hours after the glucose intake
