Pregnancy post missed Miscarriage

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I had gotten pregnant very early in marriage and unfortunately had a missed Miscarriage, hence they had to perform a d n c to clear the foetus. It's been 8 months post misscarriage and im yet to conceive can there be any correlation with my miscarriage. How was the first time so easy and now it's taking so long
