Pregnancy possibilities in obese women

Im 36 years old ..i had c-section for my first delivery...i had hypertension during pregnancy nd was askd to go for c-section...im obese 4m my childhood..had pcod..conceived normally...aftr delivery i had irregular periods with abnormal bleeding....had undergone scan nd found everything normal.. But then even now cycles are irregular..my haemoglobin is blw 8...somehow each time i increase my hb leavels next cycl i gt periods and hb falls...each time i go to gynaec she gv daflon nd trapic...
