It seems to be  Ovulation pain ( mittelschmerge)  as you said  your cycle  is regular  & might  had suffered  mild UTI as per history stated . if symptoms persists or recur , workup for UTI required.
Next Steps
UPT if period  missed
Health Tips
Drink plenty of fluids . Always  pass Urine after  having coitus. Keep a  proper  track of fertile period  on calendar, it is almost  near about 1 week time & keep  trying atleast alternate days  in this  period.

If you are planning for pregnancy atleast alternate day relation is required. 6 days gap between two intercourse is too much gap. As far as abdominal pain, you are having Urine infection. Get that treated. For more info about fertile period, watch this https://youtube.com/shorts/jorzms9vwsy?feature=share

Possible Causes Ovulation Pain: Your pain on Feb 1st and 7th matches your fertile window. It’s common to feel one-sided discomfort when releasing an egg. Mild UTI: Pain during urination suggests a possible infection. While water helps, it may still be present. Hormonal Shifts: Nausea and dizziness are common during both ovulation and early pregnancy, but it's too early to confirm pregnancy for this cycle. Action Plan Wait to Test: A pregnancy test will only be accurate after Feb 17th. See a Doctor IF: Pain becomes severe, you develop a fever, or urination pain returns. Hydrate: Keep drinking water to flush your urinary tract.
