I am planning for second pregnancy now.. During my first pregnancy my doctor suggested me to take mcbm69 tablet before 3 months of planning.. Do can I take same tablet now also when I am planning for second one and why it is significant? Is it mandatory

You need to take folic acid 5mg once a day atleast 3 months prior to conception to avoid neural tubes effects.

yes its mandatory to avoid abnormal baby like neural tube defects and down s syndrome. espescially at 34 yrs. take them in advance
