Atleast 2 and half months. Abstain from tobacco, eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Avoid passive smoking also

The life of a sperm is 74 hours Hence ideally u should quit 2 n half months prior There is no way to detox Just exercise n hv a good antioxidant rich diet that is colourful fruits and vegetables
