While trying to start a family, you should consume fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts. Adopt healthy food habits. Avoid junk food. Maintain your hemoglobin above 11gm%. Correct vit deficiencies. Lose weight if you are overweight, moderate exercises will help in fine tuning your metabolism. Sleep well & adequately. You can enjoy all types non-vegetarian proteins. There is actually no food item except alcohol & tobacco, that should be avoided. Most importantly have regular intercourse atleast every 2-3 days. Abstain from using lubricants.
