Pregnancy Planning
Hello. I'm 25 and my husband is 32. I got married in October. After a break of 2 months we're thinking of pregnancy planning. Today I got my periods. I don't have any period abnormalities. And normally after 5-6 days my periods are over. What will be the next best day to have intercourse so that I can conceive next month successfully. Also give some tips for successful and healthy conception.

Start taking folic acid suppliments once daily from now on. If you have a regular 30 day cycle day 8 to 19 is your fertile period. If it is a irregular cycle ovulation cannot be calculated.

Start taking folic acid supplement. Fertile period starts from 10th day for next 10 days in normal 30 days cycle. You should have physical relation with your husband during this fertile period for a successful pregnancy.
