Hello, Today is my first day of periods. We are planning for pregnancy what is the best time to come close with hubby. When should I get the fertility check up. Can I do it during my periods? Kindly suggest. We are unable to conceive we planned twice. Kindly suggest the best.

Hi..Check your general health by checking basic blood tests like thyroid,sugar levels,Hb,certain infections like rubella and start folic acid tablets . Planned contact  on fertile days(D10 to D20 for 28 to 30 days cycle.).  Can follow this ,if not conceived after one year of unprotected contact can meet  doctor for evaluation .

Day 8 to 18 counting from day one of the periods would be ur fertile period Avoid during intercourse during periods as that increases ur chances of infection Also get basic investigations done Strt folic acid supplements

Pls consider day 10 to day 20 of ur period cycle as fertile period considering for example 1 june is ur periods date then 10 june to 20 june is considered perfect for conceiving pregnancy
