It is good you are opting for a planned pregnancy. After stopping pills most healthy females conceive within about three months if in a regular relationship It is always good to see if you are healthy before conceiving You can contact your doctor who'll check you and advise your husband and you some tests to rule out any illnesses. You should eat a balanced diet, get plenty of exercise, avoid smoking and alcohol and maybe start on Folic Acid if you plan to conceive.
