I am 28 weeks pregnant..and have polyhydrominos 22cm AFI so doc told me not to go for walking
I went for gtt test in pregnancy and my hba1c is
5.0% I did the test in 100 g glucose

Glucose 1hr-207
Glucose 2hr-176
Glucose 3hr-145
Pls suggest me a good diet
