I currently have the mirena coil fitted and yesterday I did a pregnancy test which has the faintest line on there
What’s the best for me to done next? Do I wait a few days and take another test to make sure before wasting a doctors appointment?

Go for a blood test called serum beta hcg.its a 100 % sensitive test to confirm pregnancy.
Pregnancy with mirena needs to be discussed with your doctor personally.
