Hi I am 29years 13 weeks pregnant On my recent appointment with my gynaecologist She changed few medicines She added supracal 2000 and fol123 MF I visited the pharmacy And he suggested that supracal 2000 and FOL123 MF both contains equal does of Methylcobalamin He told me to check once. So now I am taking SHELCAL AND FOL123 MF Is it fine ???

After 12 weeks you do not need added folic acid supplements you need Iron and calcium Because most iron supplements contain folic acid
