Your HCG rising from 412 to 967 to 6006 within a week is a strong, healthy climb, and that matters more at this stage than the scan picture. A 7mm sac at 5 weeks 2 days is genuinely too early to expect a yolk sac or heartbeat yet, so this isn't unusual.
Next Steps
Continue the medicines your doctor started exactly as prescribed, and go for the repeat scan they've advised, usually around 6 to 6.5 weeks, when a heartbeat becomes visible if the pregnancy is progressing well. Try not to read too much into being told not to feel hopeful this early.
Health Tips
Please call your obstetrician sooner if you get bleeding, one-sided pain, or cramping before the next scan.
