How many days of missed period are you checking? And incase if its still not as dark as Control (C) line the possibilities might be
Early pregnancy
Delayed conception
Missed abortion
Ectopic
So get a beta hcg test done at 48hr interval to confirm.
Can get TVS scan based on beta hcg values.
