My both fallopian tube is blocked now.But before I have conceive naturally but now I unable to conceive .can the tube be open through medicine and 8 can able to conceive naturally again.i have no children plz suggest me best thong I should do

Tubes can’t be open with medication. Do a Laporoscopic surgery( tubal cannulation). This may help to open it if possible.
