Hello, i m 39weeks pregnant. My right foot is swollen. Wen i checked bp, its showing 145/100.
Wat should i do? Should i go to doctor immediately? Any danger to baby?

Blood pressure 145/100 is very high. Please go to the hospital asap. Doctor may start induction of labour or direct C-section after controlling blood pressure.
High blood pressure has adverse effect like Abruptio placenta where placenta detaches before the delivery of the baby which lead to adverse effects on baby.
It may also cause convulsions.
Please report to the hospital in urgent bases.
