Hello, i m 39weeks pregnant. My right foot is swollen. So i checked bp its showing 140/90. Should i contact doc immediately?
Any danger to the baby?

Restrict salt ,, your BP is high bot not alarming. Take medicine for BP ??? If swelling is in only one leg then it is due to pressure on some vessels, normal for advance pregnancy
