Monitor beta HCG till it's negative. It's a failing pregnancy. U can monitor beta HCG weekly. U can start planning pregnancy after 3 months of negative beta HCG whenever you are ready

Repeat bhcg till thy fall to less than 50 as already answered
Plan after 6 months as ur 27
