During c section my bladder injured by 2-3 cm ..my gynaecologist said your bladder is fluffy ..then urologist came and operate..on next day I found that my baby's left hand is dislocated..I want to know that is there any relation between these two incidences or there is only doctor fault

Injuries are bound to happen in case of difficult section specially when you have a previous surgery due to adhesions. It is not a unexpected complication that has occurred.

Finding faults with the doctor Is not going to help you Your history is suggestive of the fact that it was the difficult surgery where the doctor had difficulty taking out the baby Complications are known in surgery You sign a consent form taking that in mind prior to surgery
