Next step is to visit your doctor and get baseline pregnancy investigations done. Start Folic Acid supplements if not already started. Don't travel too much or lift heavy loads, eat whatever you can if u are having nausea and vomiting, stop heavy exercise if your doing any but maintain a balanced diet with increased fruits, dry fruits, green vegetables and liquids
