“I understand your concern. From what you have described, there was no penetration and no ejaculation inside the vagina. The chance of pregnancy from grinding, fingering, or exposure to precum on the outside is extremely low to almost negligible. Periods can be delayed due to stress, anxiety, hormonal changes, change in routine, weight fluctuations, or even without any clear reason. 👉 For reassurance, if her period is delayed by more than a week, she can do a urine pregnancy test (UPT) at home with early morning urine sample. This will give a reliable answer. For now, there is no need to panic. Encourage her to relax, manage stress, and wait a few more days. If periods are still absent, she should repeat the test and, if needed, consult a gynecologist.”

Even small amount of seminal fluid entering vagina can cause pregnancy. Get  uterine ultrasound done, consult a gynecologist physically.
