Hi I'm 3months pregnant with twins. Recently I gone thru nt scan I'm attaching my reports Pls tell me is anything to worry?as my gynic said to take complete bed rest. Can I travel thru car to my mother home it's around 250kms. Pls help.

Please do not travel . Ask your mom to come over . Take strict bedrest dear placenta is low lying and any time bleeding can start and fetal blood may be lost
