I am 6 months pregnant and i want to know whether breadfruit is safe to eat during pregnancy? Please can anyone suggest

Yes breadfruit is the variety of jackfruit.You can eat but I don't know the benefits of this fruit.Instead of that so many fruits are available in the market like pomegranate,apple, watermelon etc.
