Ok, i understand that your doctor has chosen medicines based on your symptoms and from seeing you in person. Most medicines are secreted in the breast milk, hence the doctor will specifically advice you on certain techniques of breast feeding while on medication. Some prefer a night dosage with extraction and storage of milk fir the night and discarding morning first milk from both breasts before feeding  , and other such strategies. You should discuss this in detail with your doctor.
Next Steps
trust your doctor. take care
